Meridian Business School
Welcome to the University of Bolton, one of the UK's most student-focussed universities. It is one of the newest universities in the UK, but able to trace its roots back to 1824. Last year more than 21,000 students chose to study with us on more than 2,000 different courses at our Centres across South West London. Around 4,000 of these students are 16 - 18 year olds and we are very proud that we have one of the biggest facilities for this age group in the London area.
Students enjoy a wide range of amenities at the College, including Learning Resource Centres, which offer state-of-the-art IT and library services, and childcare provision. We have substantial transformed our campuses in Wandsworth, Merton and Tooting, investing over 100 million in the past 4 years.
At Wandsworth, facilities opened in September 2009 include a new Sports Hall, designed to Sport England Club standards, a new Health and Social Care wing, a fully commercial, industry standard hair and beauty salons and brand new classrooms. A large Performance Theatre for drama and dance opened in 2010. At Merton, new facilities include our Technology building, including workshops for motorcycle engineering and musical instrument making, as well as electronics labs and CAD offices.
We are one of the largest training providers in South London, and expect this project to have a significant and positive impact on our continuing ability to deliver training to local employers. Students come to us from all over the world; they are from many different social and ethnic backgrounds and are of all ages.

Kensington college of Business
Kensington College of Business (KCB) is one of the longest established independent HE colleges in the UK and celebrated its Silver Jubilee in 2007. It is unique in the independent college sector in being involved in three interrelated areas of work: delivery of pre-bachelors, bachelors and masters programmes; providing specialist training to major corporate clients (including Lloyds TSB and Capita Registrars); and preparing students for the qualifications of leading Chartered Professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (the ICSA) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (the CIM). Some of the partnership initiatives with Chartered bodies have been exclusive to KCB the only Independent College to offer Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice.
KCB has delivered University Degree Courses at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels for over 15 years in collaboration with a number of British Universities including Wales, Glamorgan, Hertfordshire, Portsmouth, Thames Valley and others. At present, KCB offers the University of Wales validated MBA Programmes with pathways in International Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Banks and Financial Institutions Management, Health Care Management, Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Retail Management, Information Technology Management and Management of Innovation, Technology and Change as well as the General MBA. The University of Wales validated Bachelors Degree Courses in Business Studies, Marketing, Information Technology Management and Business Accounting and Finance as well as the MSc in Computing are also taught by us. In addition, KCB acts as a Registered Centre for the University of London International Programmes courses in Law. The University Foundation Course (UFC) at KCB provides the opportunity for students with GCSE qualifications or equivalent to progress on to Degree Courses at 19 Universities across the UK.
KCB has a range of international endeavours via franchises, partnerships and collaborations with reputable Institutions in a number of foreign countries in European, Asian and African Continents. Students in these countries, after completing the initial part of their respective KCB Courses, have progressed to complete the final part of their Degree Courses in the UK.
