Ms Sanchari is the founding chief executive officer for EDUCATION CONSULTANTS CANADA(ECC). Ms. Sanchari has a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality.

Abhay Rai

A Research Assistant turned entrepreneur! With a Phd in process, Abhay is an alumni of UCL (London) with Master degree in Engineering. He brings along with him over 15 years of experience, 11 years being exclusively on student counselling.

A passionate mind brimming with start-up business ideas, also a people manager and a motivator, he has consistently managed to get more from less!

Mounika Reddy Ravula

A Business Graduate from Durham College plays a vital role as Senior Manager, Strategic Development, and Partnerships.

Mounika is responsible for expansion strategies and implementation plans. She also works on ECC business process enhancement and manages ECC offices across the globe. She is the one point of contact for all business and partnership-related queries.

Ashima Pal

A Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in HR, at ECC Ashima is responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, employees) and administering employee benefits. She develops recruitment strategies in conjunction with the organization’s vision to achieve the required staffing levels across all offices including Canada, India, Philippines, Vietnam, etc., Manage and monitor performance-related issues and implement changes that could increase productivity.

Rajarshi Das

An International Business graduate with acumen in supporting and coordinating with clients. Rajarshi extends his services as a support apparatus with an aim to promote the growth of young minds both individually and professionally.

He liaises with students from different academic, socio-cultural backgrounds and institutions thereby ensuring the student is extended strong support before taking their next big step towards higher education.

Madhuri Waghela

A Master’s in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics Engineering, at ECC Madhuri is a Data Analyst with a penchant for problem solving with data driven insights. She is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and transforming data in Salesforce and creating visualizations and building dashboards in Tableau to gather business insights.

Susan Natalia Gonzalez Pena

A Graduate of Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Colombia and a Marketing Research and Analysis Postgraduate from Centennial College with 3 years of experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies including Oracle, SQL, development in Informatica PowerCenter and Teradata.

She is also the administrator of a private school (Pre-school to K12) for 12 years in the Philippines.
