We are hiring for the “Client Support Assistant” position at the Philippines Office – Pasig City, Manila.

 

Job Summary

Client Support Assistant is responsible to coordinate between partnered institutions and students for the admission process. He/she is the liaison between students and institutions for them to acquire admissions in international colleges/universities. The candidate represents the institutions and collects admission forms and supporting documents from the students for further procedure. After ensuring the documents to be complete and authentic, the candidate is expected to forward them to the colleges/universities for evaluation. If a student is accepted, the Client Support Assistant helps to fulfill the financial conditions and pay fees to the academic institution. Thus, the job profile of this position mainly consists of coordination, record-keeping, administrative job, and correspondence functions.

The tasks are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities, as all employees are required to be flexible, dynamic and have the capacity to think creatively when presented with challenges.

Looking for candidates with:

  • Fluent in English and Filipino Languages.
  • He/ She must be living in Manila, Philippines.
  • Proven Administrative Experience.
  • Specialization in International Business, Marketing, Office Administration.
  • Comfortable working on CRM platform
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Efficient in Adobe Photoshop would be an Asset.
  • Work experience in the field of international student recruitment will be an asset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and comfortable speaking over the telephone
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

The candidate is required to work six days a week including Saturday. Our office hours are given below.

  • Monday to Friday – 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
  • Saturday – 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
